Restored bad luck code, which was cut from original game - if troop luck is below zero, it has a chance to do halved damage. Heroes were massively overhauled and now more unique - More specialties.

And it was done only by few small tweaks.ĭifficulty level now only affects starting resources - did you played at 130%+ only because AI isn't handicapped there - upgrades towns every turn and not randomly, builds level 7 dwellings, can wait in battles and flee from them, etc? Now AI is always thinks like it's 200% difficulty - feel free to play at 80%. Secondary skills like learning and scouting are now suitable even for main heroes. Well, imps are now much more useful if you play Inferno. Lots of skills, spells and creatures were buffed - this paragraph is too complicated to be described with only few lines, I struggle even to highlight something.

Only a small share of the stuff you will see in Ad Fontes:Įliminated random and bugs - skill offers from scholar and witch hut can be rejected, starting troops and town buildings have 100% chance to appear, lighthouse increases movement points only for its owner, armorer skill no longer increases damage from arrow towers, fortress bonuses are no longer swapped, etc.
